About us ...

So you want to know more

empathy and compassion

Our founder just like many of us went through loss, trauma, and bad periods of life that just felt never ending. Never truly learning how to FEEL and COPE came struggle. A struggle to see oneself, to heal from past wounds, to be present, to feel alive, to want, to love, and be loved. A decision was made, to try, to get help, and most importantly to live.

This organizations goal is to destigmatize mental health. It’s NOT a dirty phrase. It’s not something that can be “fixed” but it is something that can be managed. Life is unpredictable and how we feel shapes our perspective. Be gentle to yourself, give yourself grace, take a moment to breathe, and most importantly feel...
